From the moment they arrive, to their drive home. We make sure to plan each restaurant
with a staff that minimizes any wait time, yet provides first-class greeting salutations and
good-byes with a smile and "Thank You." If you are operating a restaurant, we
understand the many decisions and considerations you make on a hourly basis. We
make sure the Valet Service isn't one of them. Call us for an analysis of your valet

BOUTIGUE AND HOTELS
We know what it means to provide excellent, reliable and consistent service. As the first
and last impression of a customer's hotel visit, the valet must represent efficiency,
respect, and be "on" for every customer. We train every staff valet for precisely this
service.
When you contract with us, you can count on a superior level of hotel valet performance.
Call us to discuss your particular needs and we will design a program that best suits your
hotel requirements.
We require all attendants to complete a written and oral interview and must have at least
6 months experience with reputable references. They are selected on basis of good
communication skills and attitude towards serving the Public.
Attendants are instructed to aid the elderly and handicapped person (s) to their cars and
help with baby strollers and packages.
We will manage and operate the parking facility in a first class and efficient manner.
We will provide neatly uniformed attendants, continous supervision, inspection adequate
to effect complete control of the parking facility and a commissioned (armed) Security
Officer to protect the clients, thier Loved ones, their vehicles and property. Security
Officers are supplied by Metropolitan Security & Investigation.
We will maintain the parking area in a neat and orderly condition and we will comply with
all laws and ordinances pertaining to the operation of the parking facility, including
maintaining licenses and permits required for operation.
Nothing tells your guests that they will be taken care of like Metropolitan Valet and
Metropolitan Secuirty & Investigation.
When the customers depart, the helpfulness of the Parking attendant and Secuirty
Officer will be their final impression of your hospitality.
